ETHYL ACETATE

Ethyl ester of acetic acid, colourless, with a pleasant fruity smell. Very good organic solvent, slightly soluble in water. Used as a solvent for paints and varnishes (including nail polish remover), adhesives, plastics, vinyl resins and nitrocellulose.
